The stools them selves are beautuful but we ordered 3 and one was broken upon receiving it. I requested a new one be sent and I would send the damaged one back but their only option is to send a new crossbar and have me glue the stool back together. Terrible customer service, I was unable to talk to anyone except an AI chat. very frustrating!

Chairs were relatively expensive and the "rush" seating material is loose and poorly constructed. I think over time this will fall apart. The packaging of the product was also subpar at most. Boxes were both delivered upside down and chairs were rattling around inside the boxes. There was absolutely no protection around any part of the chair. My first experience with Joss&Main and I won't be purchasing anything else.
