Perfect loveseat for my home office. Fabric is high quality, textured, and soft. The couch is quite firm, probably not something I would want for lounging, but great for an office. Delivery was great, with the exception of originally receiving the couch in the incorrect color. This led to a delay in receiving, but otherwise, I am satisfied with the purchase.
