Eloise Upholstered Canopy Bed

Really cool/masculine bed. Much better in person and worth the price! Was able to have delivered to room of choice and assembled within 2 hours.

Very satisfied with my purchase - full size Beautiful bed with quality finish. Assembly is a two person job and took a few hours but well worth it. It Highly Recommended!

Love this bed! It is on the lower side compared to other beds but it looks great!

I should have made a different decision based on the reviews of this bed. It arrived packed well, was easy enough to assemble, and looks good. However, two of the bed posts were damaged as was the back of the headboard, the footboard, and one of the canopy rails...notches of wood missing, scratches, mis-matched stain colors on adjoining pieces, and damaged fabric. Joss & Main (Wayfair) customer service was easy to work with in reporting the damage and offering either partial refund or replacement parts. However, if damage is proven, I do not feel the burden should be placed on the customer to repack the damaged pieces and return to them; their team should arrive and pick up and replace the damaged pieces...they can assume responsibility for repackaging damaged product. This manufacturer REALLY needs to implement quality control processes to prevent damaged products from ever leaving their factories. This is repeated feedback from customers receiving damaged product from them.
