I believe the bench would have been great had it arrived undamaged. Unfortunately, as you can see in the photos, all 4 joints were broken and the bench is unstable and as aesthetically poor quality. I have a ticket in with Joss and Main and I hope they make this right, but it’s annoying to spend so much money to get a broken product.

I ordered two of these as we have a large entryway. I am disappointed; they are chipped in multiple places and will need some furniture marker (or something) to fill in these areas. They are really heavy, but don't seem to be put together very well. They wobble, so we will see if there is a way to make them more sturdy...they may have some screws we can tighten. But, overall, aesthetically appear to be a bit beaten up. I'm glad I got them on clearance and did not pay the original cost. Probably too heavy to return. May have to look into that.

The bench color is great, and it looks sturdy (lets hope it lasts the test of time), but the box was wet and pretty beat up, one corner of the bench was a bit damaged, and one of the joints has a sizable gap. I have contacted support and its been confusing. Some emails I have received sound like they are transferring the case from the manufacturer to wayfair (or backwards) and Im not sure what the status is. The website is pretty useless when it comes to tracking case status, and there are no communications recorded in it. I just hope this miscommunication doesnt end up costing me not reaching a successful resolution.
