Just received nightstand. Delivery was a joke. The box was thrown on our porch and delivered upside when arrows are on the box showing which way it should be delivered. Box arrived with SEVERAL holes!!! Upon opening the box which you have to literally rip to get into since box was so damaged we found several scratches and large HOLES. We immediately reached out to customer service and the ordered a replacement. Although they asked for us to ship the box back. No problem, except fedex would not accept it. They said they would have to build a box which would cost over $120 ($30 per panel) and because of the weight of the item they said they couldn't build it anymore since the item weighs 125lbs. We had fedex on speaker phone while talking to Wayfair so they would believe what we were saying. Wayfair rep immediately filed a claim on our behalf because there's no way we can ship this back. Praying replacement arrives safely. Pictures are below.

These are very nice pieces..however the delivery..terrible. I literally saw the driver drop the box on the ground then attempt to pick up with a hand truck. This resulted in a damaged item. Minor on the corner.

The worst quality I have ever seen or received (twice) took over a month or get refund on broken returned furniture. Everyone at customer service would just push it off to the next representative. Had to file dispute with the bank to get anywhere.

Beautiful piece, definitely a RH dupe. But both came extremely damaged. Wayfair was great and I’m now waiting on replacements. I still recommend if your will to deal with possibly needing a replacement .

Worst purchase ever! We ordered black but apparently there is no black and I’m being told the picture with the darker color is actually gray but since taken in a studio they can’t guarantee anything! Since we never even considered this as a possible problem, the box was destroyed taking it out. Now we have to purchase a box that fits this, pay movers to take it back downstairs as I’m 5 ft nothing and get it out front for a return!!!!! Three calls of being told this was of course fixable to this! Unbelievable! Also Wayfair customer service says “the reviews show this is a problem other customers have dealt with!” So why leave it up there like this so more people can order it and get a product that doesn’t exist! Never again!
