I really do like this chair. It is beautiful and comfortable and was easy to put together. The quality is sturdy yet lovely.

Product was delivered in a clean box, but the chair had a broken leg. Support was not helpful and had to escalate to the manufacturer. Now I have a big box in a small condo with no answers.

The chair arrived damaged, with a front leg badly cracked off. It was huge and impossible to get out of the box, and once I saw the damage, impossible to box up again, as I had to tear the box apart. The chair appears very cheaply made. Upon contacting customer service, I was assured they could deliver a replacement and assemble the new chair for me and take away the broken chair and the packing materials. However, that was not the case, the next day I got a fedex ground tag which required me to re-box the chair which I was incapable of doing. In the end they gave me a refund and told me to dispose of the chair, which is a big hassle as it is in an office building, and I can’t just lift it and drive it somewhere. Anyway, it was a very disappointing experience and I am unlikely to buy anything from this company again.

We love the look of the recliner and the store model was very comfortable. Sadly, the product arrived broken twice. Poor manufacturing quality. The service reps were fantastic, and we were eventually refunded our money. Great people and a responsive company, but a poorly made product.
