The product itself is beautiful. It's heavy, and very good quality - we're obsessed! The long handles make the piece feel very luxurious. The customer service on the other hand is abysmal.

This dresser is absolutely stunning. And huge. Quality solid wood heavy. My only complaint is to beware that the drawers are exceptionally small and barely use half of the depth. Very disappointing BUT it’s so pretty we are keeping it anyway.

This is a beautiful dresser unfortunately the drawers are not deep enough and do not pull out far enough to easily get your clothes in.
