We purchased this product from Joss & Main store including white glove service and to our surprise when they delivered the Sofa they refused to assemble it for us per there is no instructions to do so. When we called the company they told us that the white glove service isn’t included so we had to reschedule for another day to do so. Luckily we contacted the store Manager Becka who was very professional in providing help. Also we like this sofa very comfortable.
