I recently purchased four chairs from the website a couple of days before Black Friday, only to find that they were significantly discounted for Black Friday. When I reached out to request a price adjustment, I was told it wasn’t possible, which was incredibly disappointing. Regarding the chairs, 3 out of the 4 chairs I received were wobbly and uneven (not sitting flat on the ground). I had to pad them with extra materials to make them stable. For the price I paid, I expected higher quality and better customer support.
