The stools were so poorly made that it was very difficult to construct that decided the rest (3 or 4) are not worth keeping. Need to call and get information on how to ship back to warehouse or were ever you desire!

I’ve never been happier with an online purchase. These counter stools are perfect! Solid, comfortable, and attractive. I hired a professional to assemble them. He had to make some adjustments to one of them and we added felt tips to the legs so they could slide easier on the floor.

Love these bar stools, they are great for the price. Assembly was super easy but on stool was missing two washers so I had to go to a hardware store to buy more. There was a very small chip in the wood on one of the back rests but you can’t really tell unless you’re looking for it. I would recommend.

These are basically as pictured. Assembly was easy if you align all of the screws up first before your tighten them. They do seem sturdy. The seats are wider than I expected. The wood in some places is distressed, which just adds a bit of rustic touch. They are comfortable. We had to add felt pads to the legs to prevent scratching our hardwood floors even though there is a plastic cap. We have only had them one week but overall I would recommend them. 4.5 stars.

Very sturdy, comfortable and solid. Quality was excellent and we had no problems putting them together. Depending on the light, these bar stools have a strong orangish tint. We also raised the back of the seat, as others had noted, by only using two of the screw holes.

Ordered two. One was missing hardware and caps for the feet of the metal legs (leaving sharp edges to scratch floors). The other had peeling paint, surface rust, and extremely warped wood. Neither one sits level. Both wobble no matter how much I attempt to adjust the frames. Unfortunately, I missed the 30-day window to send them back. Learn from my mistake — either don’t order these cheap chairs from you-know-where or be sure to check them during the return/refund period.

Nice solid stool with a wide seat. It was easy to put together and is very comfortable!

These bar stools/chairs are perfect. I purchased 3 of them for my kitchen island counter. They fit perfectly beneath the counter top and don’t take up too much space in the walkway. The color is a nice, deep brown wood. The seat part is big enough to ‘swivel’ around and be comfortable. They feel like solid construction and I think they will last a very long time.

Easy to assemble in theory (had to shim one of the seats to keep it from wobbling. One didn't have the hardware in the box, but J&M sent it quickly. The color is much redder and lighter than in the pictures. We'll either paint or restain them at some point. We love the style and having a back to the chair without it sticking up over the counter. Good stool for the money. Would have given 5 stars if the color had been right.
