Cedrick Wood Dining Table

My delivery stated it would arrive July 24-26th. After I heard nothing and it didn’t arrive on the 26th I contacted support. I let them know and they said I needed to wait until there was no update for 10 days. I politely told them that my item hadn’t been scanned since July 10th in NC which would put it at 18 days with no update. I was told I would get an email and it has been escalated. I received no email and had to reach out again for the next 5 days and everyday got told I would receive a email. Then it randomly got scheduled for the next day. It said my driver would contact me 30 minutes prior to delivery. Instead he just showed up and I told him I was 8 minutes down the road, he told me he can only wait 5. I told him he can wait 3 extra minutes and that it stated the driver would call me 30 minutes prior and since he didn’t he should be able to wait 3 minutes since that is not long at all. When I got there they didn’t say hi, they put it together in under 4 minutes and didn’t have me sign anything, didn’t let me check the table to make sure it was okay. They also built it facing the wrong way, didn’t ask me which way I wanted it to go. Didn’t say bye and ran out the door. My table is chipped all over the edges. I tried to add a photo but it is saying an error has occurred…of course, so I exited and tried again 3 times. This whole experience has been horrible.

Nice quality for the price. Although not 100 wood, very sturdy and looks to withstand daily use.

Feels like a great quality piece, strong but with some delicacy on it as well. Very nice looking. Loved it and very satisfied with the quality overall.
