Sectional is beautiful and well made. The cushions are very comfortable. Delivery was fast and professional. Giving it 4 stars bc 2 of the 3 hooks that keep the seat cushions in place were broken. The cushions are heavy so hopefully stay in place.

It's a nice looking sofa BUT and this is a deal breaker for me, it makes a crunchy/crinkly noise when you sit on it. How is no one mentioning it? It's not soft and comfortable. The noise is a deal breaker for me.
