Too low to the ground, the edges stick way out, hard to do laundry on, sharp corners if you have young kids. It it great quality and very nice color but had to return.

Bed came with missing inserts making it impossible for the bed to be professionally assembled which I paid for. Parts to fix it are now on order while the headboard is precariously propped up against a wall and there’s no room to lay a mattress down to sleep in the room.

Solid, study king size bed which we wanted to have. Just the delivery guys are super unfriendly and complaining of the weight of the product. And I asked them to help me to bring up the nightstand which was delivered before the bed and it was too heavy for me to carry by myself (my husband is outstate at the current stage), he was like, they I have to pay for it. If I ordered them all together and arranged them with one delivery, they would have carried everything upstairs. Feeling unfair, and Joss&Main should have had an option to set the delivery date at customer’s convenience.

Pathetic. Absolute pathetic. First delivery - didn’t deliver all the boxes, second delivery - cancelled, third delivery - got the side rails finally. No hardware box. Poor customer service no follow up. I finally had to get my own hardware to assemble the bed. After 3 weeks - finally got my bed assembled. Never ordering anything from Joss and Main again. Very very disappointed with the experience.

Great sturdy bed. I dont usually assemble big items for our family but I was able to do this one by myself. Tested for some time. Very sturdy and quiet. Nice profile. The green is more grayish than the photos but not a deal breaker difference. The box came with a hole in it that punctured the back fabric of the headboard.
