I LOVE Joss & Main! I am so happy with Joss & Main in general. They have “real” Customer Service and that is such a change of pace in our current e-commerce environment. I have bought multiple items from them in the last 6 months and have been pleased with them all; good quality for the price. I love this chair. I bought it as an occasional chair and it works perfect. The location it was placed in allows the user to swivel between the Living Room and Media room.
