The chairs themselves are great however- I do believe I received chairs that had been used or at least repackaged. I ordered 2 side and 2 end chairs. Fabric a little darker than expected. Although I ordered all the same color, the 2 sets were different. Also, you could tell they were repackaged by someone other than the company so I was not up to keeping them, not knowing where they had been. In addition to the difference in color- they were returned. All that being said, they are a very comfortable chair. Substantial in size and the wheels make it a breeze to move chair easily. Ended up keeping end chairs.
