The chair arrived with two missing furniture glides (plastic leg protectors). I found the two missing ones in the box outside of the packaging which means that they were thrown in there knowingly after the fact. And they are unusable as you can see (one nail bent and another tore up). Very disappointing for a $600 chair. Also, the wood also some small defects. The chair is very pretty and a great size for a small apartment but not sure how long it's going to last. Doesn't seem worth the price tag. I feel ripped off.
