Screws started coming off after minimal use, on multiple stools, I do not recommend these AT ALL. When I reached out to manufacturer and joss and main they both claimed they could not help (3 months post purchase).

Esthetically it’s a 5 star but functionality it’s a 2 star. The arm rest sits too high and makes you feel “trapped”, it’s hard to get in and out of the chair. You have to keep chair at an angle to get in and out. Also the arm rest hits the countertop so it can easily get scratched. I don’t recommend this barstool.
