Fairbanks Windsor Back Side Chair (Set of 2)

Stylish, affordable and perfectly-sized side chairs for our breakfast room table. Well packed and quickly delivered. I'm very pleased with these chairs!

They are really beautiful and comfortable! So glad I bought these.

The chairs themselves are beautiful and comfortable, but the company has a quality control issue. I ordered 6 chairs and most (if not all) came dented, scratched, different heights… not what you expect to receive for chairs at this price point. Wayfair/Joss & Main did try to make it right when I requested 2 replacement chairs and a discount to keep the others (returning all 6 chairs was going to be too much of a hassle), but of the replacement chairs one was perfect and the other one cracked and scratched. We will keep the chairs and try to fix some of the scratches with a black paint pen, but I wish they came in better condition.

We receive these chairs in a timely fashion in a box. We took them to our other house and unpacked them only to discover they are two different colors. Shame on me for not unpacking them right away. Shame on Joss and Main for sending me chairs that don’t match. Ridiculous.

Love them. Bought 2 dining chairs and 3 bar stools. Beautiful.

Like the product just found it cheaper on the All Modern site though.

Overall happy with my purchase. Unfortunately, there are some drip lines on one of the chairs. For the price, I would’ve expected better results.

I love everything about these chairs!! The weave of the seats and the black frame go very well together! The modern design is what I love with every inch of these chairs I am so happy and excited with my purchase!

Great chairs for a great deal! I had been researching these chairs and trying to find ones that were high enough for my dining room table but also not costing a fortune. These chairs work wonderfully and are easy to clean. A great timeless staple.

Still waiting to hear back from customer service about my order. The chairs delivered did not match the pictures online. We received chairs with a matte black finish, whereas the ones online show a glossy black finish. We also purchased Fairbanks bench, which has a completely different seat from the Fairbanks chairs, even though they are part of the same line. EDIT: I have started the return process for these chairs. This was a disappointing experience with Joss and Main. They told me they were sending my problem along to their manufacturer. I received an email from the manufacturer dismissing the issues with my order, so we decided to return. We were able to find comparable chairs for much less from a different retailer.
