Cute bookcase, but it came in damaged. It is also 14.5 inches depth from back to front.

The bookcase that I received was a disappointment. Not only did it arrive damaged (1 of the small columns was broken in 2) it appeared to have been touched up with a different color of black paint over numerous parts of the bookcase. Both some type of gloss or shiny paint and flat black are visible with a flashlight
