I've only had this beautiful cabinet a few days - seems to be made well, doors open and close without any issues. There was a small chip in the wood in one of the corners, but the delivery guy had a black sharpie so he quickly fix this. Would have been nice to have been delivered without the chip, which is why I took off 1 star. As noted before, there is a strong smell when the cabinet door is opened. Mine stays shut except when I need to get something stored inside so this isn't a problem for me. Looks great in my entry way!
