This is the 4th dresser we received and it they were all completely broken. And now I have to sit at home an entire day to wait for FedEx to pick up the dressers which I dont have the original packaging so I have to figure out how to package it so I can get a refund. This is ridiculous.

Damaged. Drawers don’t open properly. Drawers don’t close properly or rest in their tracks well. They wobble. Bottom drawer won’t open fully.

This dresser arrived damaged and in unusable condition. (The outer packaging was fine.) As shown in the photos, one of the drawers is broken, the drawer track bent and improperly aligned and the drawer does not fit in the dresser. One side of the dresser was not nailed on and does not line up properly with the rest of the dresser. I emailed Joss Main and am waiting to hear to hear back from them.
