One of the four stools arrived damaged. Joss&Main would have replaced it immediately, but we weren’t happy with the color of the wood anyway, so we sent them back. Nice stools if the wood color works for you. Easy return. Great customer service!

Great quality and was just what I was looking for. Did have to return as ordered wrong size and return process was so easy.

It’s actually perfect for the space. We just had these built-ins installed and I didn’t want an expensive desk chair since we don’t use the space for long periods of time.
