W: Clean with water based detergent only, Fabric: In general, a mild soap and warm water solution is sufficient to clean most of our performance fabrics. However, cleaning instructions can vary by performance fabric brand or stain type. Wood: Fine wood furniture should not be exposed to extreme heat or humid conditions, such as placing it near a heat outlet or an open window. Try to avoid direct sunlight which may cause certain finishes to fade. Do not place plastic, rubber, or hot objects directly on a wood finish. Chemicals in plastic and some rubber may soften or discolor the finish if left in contact with the furniture for a period of time. To avoid these markings, place a strip of felt, leather, or cork under accessories. Remove household dust with a soft, clean cloth, dusting with the grain. The cloth may be dampened with a furniture dusting aid product, or a furniture care polish may be used. Follow the manufacturer's directions on the product. Avoid products that leave an oily film on the furniture since they may cause a clouding of the finish and have a tendency to collect dust. Every six months or so, there may be a need or desire for a more thorough cleaning of wood furniture. The furniture may be washed with a mild soap intended for that purpose or a furniture cleaning product available in most grocery stores. Following the directions on the product, use a soft cloth and wipe with the grain. Occasional polishing with a high-quality, non-silicone furniture polish will enhance the beauty of the fine Bernhardt finish. Avoid using oily polishes or waxes. Spilled liquids should be wiped from the surface immediately with a soft, slightly damp cloth, in the direction of the wood grain. Over time, scratches from normal use may be noticed on furniture. These can be touched up with a scratch remover or special touch-up pens/sticks available at your furniture dealer.

I really like the European look. One negative would be that one cushion is higher than the other. Overall the piece is stunning!

Great sofa, Morden and sleek
This sofa delivers a generous profile and an inviting look to update your home. It's crafted with a solid wood frame that rests on low-profile legs for a grounded silhouette. Linen blend upholstery adds smooth texture across the seat and back, while foam and feather fill provides soft, supportive cushioning for everyday lounging. Loose, reversible back and seat cushions offer easy maintenance and balanced wear over time. It also includes coordinating accent pillows that complete the tailored appearance.
Nice, but the fabric doesn’t look as pictured. It’s not as plush or full as I expected.. Daniel. Detroit, MI. Wed Sep 23 2026

Our upholstered sofa strikes a crisp, clean tuxedo silhouette while inviting you to relax. A solid wood frame rests on tapered legs, and sinuous spring seat construction provides plenty of support. We especially love the variety of hue and fabric options available, making it easy to mix and match your signature style. Foam padding fills the interior for ample cushioning.
I purchased the Bari sofa and it is elegant, sophisticated, and truly luxurious. The only reason for my 4-star rating is that the backrest felt a little low for me, but I’m very tall, so that is personal preference. The product description is very clear, so there is no misleading information. I ended up returning it because I have a Shih Tzu and my pet could damage the fabric. If you don’t have pets that climb on your sofa, I definitely recommend it, it’s beautiful, elegant, and looks very high-end.. Helen. Katy. Wed May 20 2026
This slipcovered sofa brings relaxed comfort and practical functionality to your space. It's crafted with a solid and engineered wood frame, providing a reliable foundation for everyday seating. The recessed arms and loose back design pair with foam- and feather-blend cushions for a plush, cozy feel. Synthetic fiber fill and sinuous spring seat construction add support across the seating surface. Reversible cushions help extend the life of your seating, while removable covers make upkeep hassle-free. Plus, stain-resistant fabric helps stand up to accidental spills in busy homes.
Excellent quality, exactly what I had been searching for. The seat is deep, just what an avid reader needs. The sofa doesn't seem as big as it is. I was concerned it would take-over the room instead it makes the room seem larger. I was thrilled the color was lighter than it looked on my computer. It would be wonderful if you sold slip covers for this sofa.. Mary Frances. Cortland, NY. Mon Nov 21 2022
