worst experience ordering furniture I have EVER HAD. All of my items from SEPARATE orders were on back order for more than a month. It is impossible getting a hold of someone and it is impossible getting a certificate of insurance. As much as I love my furniture I will never be ordering here again because of the lack of customer service and consideration for other people's time and money. What a waste and shitshow.

When the movers brought it in and finished setting it up it came out perfect! It was clean, no dirt and no scratches. The size and color is beautiful and the pull out under the bed is smooth and opens easy. Would definitely recommend

Initially I was really disappointed with this purchase. Because at this price point I really expected drawers that evenly aligned and for it to come clean with no imperfections. However customer service went above and beyond to remedy the issues and I am very satisfied with the resolution, which is why I would still recommend this item. It’s good to know that it’s safe to take a chance on wayfair as furniture online because they do stand behind their products. Overall it is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for the vibe I was going for. I use the storage drawers for my camera and camera bag and accessories our laptops and electronics that didn’t have a home and the other one for our extra linens. I had white glove delivery and the team did an excellent and efficient job.

Beautiful bed but I was really disappointed by the delivery service that left a mess all over my hallway and bedroom and black hand marks all over the white upholstered bed.
