The style of this chair is so amazing!! It is the perfect boho-chic neutral. The swivel mechanism is top notch but you can remove it from the chair if you didn’t want that feature. Ours came with nicks and scratches on one of the front “legs” along with some minor staining on the front panel of upholstery. We are waiting to head back from Customer Service. Nice chair. The seat is fairly firm (as a new chair should be), the arms are pretty comfortable, the fabric is a nice texture. Also the color (both the upholstery [I got gray] and the wood) is pretty close to what is shown on the web site. The included pillow is also pretty firm, we'll have to see how it holds up over time. This works nicely with my mid-century modern living room, it would also go well with Scandinavian or modern styles. Overall a solid product. I would order it again, maybe in the oat color.. John.
