These bar-height stools are lovely. They are the correct proportion for a bar table (in contrast to counter-height) and the proportions are great. They were somewhat annoying to put together, and there are some staples in the roping that are unsightly - I think I'll pull them out when I get the chance and find the correct implement for the job, as they don't look like they are needed to keep the material in place. They don't quite push under my bar table due to the width of the table's pedestal base, and I wish I had thought about getting something wider to slide around the pedestal (if that's even possible to find). The main drawback I have experienced is that the material is not super comfortable especially if you are wearing shorts, and I have found marks on my legs from it. The package arrived a little later than originally suggested. Overall, I think these stools are a pretty good deal, as they were significantly less expensive than the bar stools with leather padded seats that I wanted from another store.. Erin. CA. This stool brings classic, relaxed seating to your kitchen island or home bar space. Crafted from solid wood, it features an understated silhouette with a tall, full back and slender, tapered legs. The seat cushion is upholstered in a soft cotton and linen blend, providing a cozy touch while you sit down for breakfast or drinks with friends. Plus, built-in footrests around the base give your feet a comfortable place to rest.

It’s actually perfect for the space. We just had these built-ins installed and I didn’t want an expensive desk chair since we don’t use the space for long periods of time. It was more about the comfort and aesthetics. This worked out so well and was affordable.. Barbara. Summerville, SC. Sat May 16 2026
