Love the look of the stools, but the screws necessary for assembly were not included. Three stools purchased and none had the screws included!

Well built stools, came stained after waiting so long for them. Customer service offered 40 reimbursement for cleaning supplies.

I ordered three bar stools; one of which is completely defective. The bottom cross bars that are pre-installed are falling out with no way for us to put them back. For such expensive stools, I was hoping for much better quality. Pretty dissapointed.

Originally, had round wood seat & metal legs. Looked great but not near as comfortable as these stools. Love the cream color w/brass or gold swirl pattern with black legs. Looks great and super comfortable.
