I bought this urn and the matching pedestal column as shown in the product photos, also sold on Wayfair. Unfortunately the urn arrived defective in the wrong color than what was advertised. It was a very light blonde color & unstained compared to the product photo & the column made to go with it. These pieces are sold by other independent interior designers & high end sites so I know what they are both supposed to look like and this was definitely a defect. I tried contacting the manufacturer to find out if they had changed the color or if it's common for them to be made in non-matching colors. The customer service rep was not helpful at all & had no information. I originally purchased from Wayfair vs. elsewhere b/c I thought it would be easiest to work with them if there was any damage. Within an hour of receiving the delivery I tried to initiate a return through my Wayfair account, but their website wouldn't allow me to set up a return so I had to speak with a customer service rep through the chat feature. Wayfair asked if I would keep it & take a discount on it. This was a non-option for me as as I bought them to match just as the product photos show and I think they look odd together one being a completely different color from the other. They finally agreed to allow the return, but I don't think that it should have been that difficult. Overall, this is an elegant, simple and unusual planter. The rattan is attached to the black plastic bucket, which is really hardly visible. I am giving it five stars, but will say that one of the two that I bought is a little rough on the finish at the top. (see photo).
