I like them but there’s an area in the large tree a spot that shows the plastic mold where the flock did not attach. They make you pay to return all 3 and I don’t know how to go about exchanging the one large tree. Can’t talk to a live person - only AI chat. So now I’m out covering cost for shipping it back. If they fall apart for shoddy construction, there is no backing up from the company. It was shipped faulty and I pay to return it. Bad, bad policy!
