It is pretty but my hands are covered in green spray paint or dye or something when I went to hang it up. I hope it doesn’t stain my railing

At first I was a bit put off as the garland is truly made of a rubber like material. But then after feathering and allowing it to shape, I realized it was perfect. It has a good shape looks exactly like the picture and appears to be well made. I will be using for outside so it's absolutely perfect. However it would be perfect for inside. It really does look nice and I ordered a second one, For real. I knew I needed two but I wanted to make sure I was happy with the first before ordering both. Photo, Storage until Christmas season.
