Absolutely terrible customer service. An item came in destroyed during shipping and they offered to replace it but it was going to be SEVEN months to get the replacement. I requested to get a refund instead and it has been over a month with no refund. I’ve been told multiple times now to “wait” it out and then reach back. It seems highly unlikely it will take a month for bank processing on a refund. Only solution I get from customer service is to wait. I will never spend any money here ever again and I suggest you do the same.
