Twinkle Led Pine Artificial Tree Christmas Decorations, 5ft

I ordered this tree because it was the right height and width to fit a tight space in my apartment. I discovered it was way too bright. It came with instructions printed in type so small I could not even read it with a magnifying glass. If there was a feature to dim the lights I didn't find it. I chatted with customer service. The recommendation was to add a dimmer of some kind. I bought a recommended LED plug-in dimmer that made a buzzing sound that I was afraid to use. I did not realize that some trees of this type have dimmers in the description. I am going to wrap Christmas garland around it. Hopefully that will make the bright lights less noticeable. It;'s too difficult to return it, so I am stuck.
