I was excited to get these boxes. When I received them, the quality was disappointing. The boxes had black splatter from the black paint on the inside of the box. It looks like they painted the inside after applying the mother of pearl on the outside. The mother of pearl was beautiful, but the black spots were not so I returned these boxes.
