    The pillows are pretty. I was just shocked they were placed in a box with no tissue. Pillows were not in plastic wrap nor do they have tags on them!! Is this normal Are these returned pillows

    The velvet pillow is very nice quality. I washed the cover of the pillow and it laundered well. The pillow cover is well made- with a sturdy zipper. The pillow looks great as an accessory in our guest bedroom. It is also comfortable too!
