I ordered several of the Lani Sunbrella pillows including this one. For all of them, the fabric is much lighter than in the photos. They also came quite wrinkled since the pillows are vacuum sealed for shipping. Workmanship is sub-par - lose strings, one pillow was ripped at the seam by the zipper & the zipper on another pillow was stuck to the fabric so it could not be opened. The insert is cheap but functional.

I ordered 2 of these pillows. They shipped weeks apart. The first one was everything I wanted. Beautiful fabric, full plush pillow, perfect. The second arrived today. It is much smaller, 2 stripes smaller length wise. The insert is flat and puny. The zippers are different as well as the tags. I can’t use these the way I planned because they are so different. I am trying to contact customer support but it is all automated and isn’t giving me the options I need. I will update my review once things are handled.

These clearly state PILLOW and describe the actual pillow stuffing but got shipped as only covers. Then on top of it I was charged over 100 (!!!) to return them! Absolutely insane hassle and ordeal
