I love this pillow! It is taller than most lumbar pillows, with just the right amount of firmness, soft velvet cover, and in my favorite color (well, the pillow is actually dusty rose, not pink). I also got $20 off, since the package had been opened (but its condition was perfect!)

The pillow cases I ordered came in a plastic envelope weighing less than one pound. Because the color was horrible, I wanted to return them and JM wants to charge me 29.00. For shipping. What a rip off! After years of being a loyal customer I will never order from them again!

The color I received is completely different than any shade of coral. It’s just not even close.
