Dunleith 11.15'' Glass Table Vase

I broke the larger vase trying to lift it out of the box. I tried gently pulling it out with 2 hands and I heard it crack, and when it was removed from the box I saw a pretty big crack starting at the top and curved down to the vase's bottom. I was, as I am always, careful handling anything like this. Big time bummer. I put it back in the box and wrapped it up for disposal. No need for you to do anything. I am happy with just the small vase - I guess if you could give me some sort of partial refund, that would be nice - but I don't want to go to the trouble of shipping this back to you. Most importantly, please advise any future purchasers that these vases are very fragile and to be extra careful unpacking them.
