This item arrived broken. The "process" to return it was over the top. So much so I just threw the box in the garbage. Will not order from this co. again

I ordered two of these as wedding gifts - one black and one white. The white one arrived in perfect condition and is beautiful. The black one, however, arrived with the entire side of the box cracked off. Luckily, the process to order a replacement is fairly easy and a new one will ship within a week. I hope that one arrives in better condition!
