Agnes 9.84'' Terracotta Table Vase

Very pretty. Just not what we wanted. Ordered different vase.

I ordered two of these in the beginning. One came to me just fine and packed well. The other one was completely shattered and needed to be replaced. Joss and Main sent me a new one that was also completely shattered. It was packed terribly.. so I contacted them and the next one was the same, completely shattered. I contacted them again, asking for a refund at this point and they never responded and I have tried to contact them and have had no response. This is extremely frustrating to me and I see it unfair. It was obvious that the issue was the packing being the problem that they were Damaged. The item that was not broken was fine, not quite as nice as it looked in the picture but the customer service is why I am giving one star

Sadly, this vase came broken in several pieces upon arrival. I am sure it was beautiful though.

Packaged exceptionally well and the vase is divine! Using as planter.

Love it. Still trying to find a place for it.
