Fall Gold Dusted Berry Wreath

Where do I start? I order a PAIR of these wreaths on the website. The description started “this pair of wreaths” and the photograph was of TWO wreaths. The price was $55 for the pair. Who in their right mind would pay that for one wreath? So I was shocked when I opened the box and there was was only one. Customer Service is non-existent. Everything is online to make a return.No possibility to explain to a human and have them look online and see that the error was theirs - not mine. It cost me $10 to send the one wreath back FEDEX which was deducted from my refund plus I had to drive to the nearest FedEx office - or else I would have been charged more for FedEx to come and pick it up. . I’m disappointed and very unhappy. ☹️ I have bought many things over the years from Joss and Main - furniture, rugs, decorative items etc.Never again. Nor will I recommend you to friends and family. You’ve lost a good loyal customer. Figure out a way to give unhappy customers the ability to speak with a sales representative.

These wreaths are beautiful and well-made, and the price can't be beat.
