The paper mache vase is a very nice piece! But it did have one handle broke off when I received it. I'm handy so I chose to fix it myself rather than return it and they kindly gave me a 20% refund back without me even asking for anything. I saw other reviews and which the same piece had a broken handle when delivered and they will replace it with no problem but I didn't want the hassle. They need to figure out a better way to ship these so they don't break. Maybe the whole thing should be surrounded with Styrofoam peanuts instead of just wrapped with styrofoam board.. Ronald.
