I was worried about this chair offering good enough back support, or looking cheap, but instead, I'm delightfully surprised. The materials, cushion, size and casings (of the legs) look great and feel supportive. An unexpected suprise is that the castors are really quiet, so I can roll it from my bedroom office into the living room on wooden floors without creating to much noise. It’s perfect! The only thing I wish I could do is have the option to buy an additional separate chair, I am not seeing that option. Also, having the option to mix and match other items, for example instead of the coffee table have the option to swap it out for a gas fireplace table. I am happy with the furniture it’s self. These are beautiful. One came packaged very safely and seemed brand new. The other one came in different packaging that seemed like it may have been a prior return. It was also slightly scratched.
