Mattress arrived with no paperwork whatsoever. I was expecting something as far as instructions, invoice, etc Figured out that I needed to remove the plastic and allow mattress to expand, but after more than 5 days, it seems to have inflated unevenly with the corners lower than the rest of the mattress. I also ordered the Cassey platform bed in queen/full, but this mattress doesn't fit he bed. As you can see in te picture, the bottom the mattress doesn't reach the bed frame all the way around. if you stand back and look a the mattress, you can tell one side never fully inflated, thus the problem.This leave a nice 2-3 inch gab between the mattress and bed frame, which I am not happy about. Also, there is a funny odor in the mattress that hasn't thus the odor contained in the matress I assume will dissipate eventually. I suspect it's the gel or some other material common to this type of product,

Takes a bit of getting used to if you have been sleeping on a coil mattress but I wont go back to normal mattresses again. It takes a while to plump up after being in the box. Ours took 72 hours but we slept on it the first night.

The mattress is great for the price. I’ve had a gel top from name brands that cost 2000, and while this mattress isn’t quite that amazing, it’s pretty dang close. It’s very VERY firm, which is great if you like that sort of mattress. Personally, I like mine to be slightly squishier (is that even a word!) and I like the feeling of slowly melting into the bed, rather than resting softly on top of it. I ended up getting a 3” memory foam topper for it to give an added squish. Overall, great value!
