Well designed and manufactured bed. Assembly was straightforward and easy. Bed looks great!

Too high

One of the part (part 7)is bent. Submitted an issue form, but I was told manufacturer will contact me in one or two business days.

This was the easiest box spring to assemble. It was a great buy!!!

Be careful, if you buy the wrong size, customer service will charge you the same amount as it cost to buy it, to return it. Terrible!!

Simple assembly. The kit pieces were well marked and corresponded with the illustrated instructions. (No written instructions, but still very easy to decipher). I laid out all pieces in advance which made assembly a breeze. Good quality box spring cover. Lightweight but sturdy which made putting the entire frame, box spring and mattress combo doable for one person to accomplish.

The box spring is not a good fit on the Joss and Main upholstered bed I ordered .Both were ordered as King sizes . There are significant gaps down the sides and it looks unsightly . Please advise ,thank you .

After going back and forth with FedEx about delivering my order to someone else, I can honestly say I'm excited about the product. Joss and Main are the real MVP's they replaced my entire order for free with 2 day shipping after FedEx completely screwed me over. My husband is away on deployment I've been the man and woman of the house. I put this thing together all by myself. The instructions are very easy to read. I seriously put this baby up by myself. Such a great site to shop and the prices are unbeatable.
