Very warm but it will be fine for the hot summers here also. Not big and fluffy but it fills the duvet well and looks great on my bed. Previously I had a comforter just for the summer months but I think this will work year round. I live in Northern California.

The weight and feel were good.

This is a nice quality, light-weight insert for our summer weather here in TX. The corners have loops and it was easy to get it inserted. We love our duvet and this insert is perfect !
