I loved this duvet originally and would have recommended it BUT but after owning it for 4 months, it is falling apart at the seams, literally!! I contacted customer service and they said, "sorry time has passed since the delivery, this item is not eligible for additional resolution" I have NEVER had such terrible customer service for something I spent hundreds of dollars to purchase. I have spend thousands of dollars with the Wayfair family of brands and they just lost a good customer!

Don’t do it. They are beautiful, but the quality is garbage. The duvet cover was ripped down an entire front seam before I ever put them on the bed. They cannot be washed without further damage, and after just two fittings on the bed (and not sleeping on the pillows themselves) the seams are starting to fray at the corners of the shams. Definitely not worth the hundreds of dollars.
