Giving this item a three because the drain included was leaking. My plumber said it was not a good fit and the rubber rings were not good quality. He installed and then it was leaking into the ceiling below. Had to open the ceiling to fix. Granted I am only hearing this from the plumbers recollections obviously so aside that it looks great and holds hot water pretty well.

So far we are happy with this tub, like the fact it has the overfill drain built in to limit problems with leaks due to loose damaged connections

Took three attempts to get a tub delivered that wasn’t damaged, but customer service was good to work with and we couldn’t be happier with the tub.

It's comfortable and I really like it, considering I didn't want a freestanding tub. Pro-tip---don't get the drain plug in the middle of the tub! Choose an end for it. You won't sit on it and let the water out when you move.
