55'' x 31.75'' Freestanding Double Ended Soaking Acrylic Bathtub

I can appreciate Wayfair’s 30 day return policy, but as I was in the middle of building my house my contractor required me to purchase my bathtub at a certain date and it was unboxed three months later and this is what we found, and they refused to make an exception on their policy. No exchange, no discount, no refund, no nothing, just told there’s nothing they can do. I’ve purchased multiple big ticket items throughout this process, not just the bathtub. 010 recommend.

Love love love this tub. The delivery was on time and by two lovely gentleman that were careful and dropped it off in my entryway. We inspected the tub thoroughly and find no blemishes. The size is a good size.

The tub looked great in the pictures and was exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately when the installers opened the box today, the whole upper rim on 1 side is cracked. Wishing now that I opened the box when it arrived to inspect it, as who knows how long it will take to get a replacement. Apparently that now falls into the hands of the manufacturer, not Wayfair. Will update on that process once all is resolved.
