Vanity is good looking, made well,i was shocked though when i opened the box and saw the marble top was broken in half,the bottom right leg busted off and the left side had a crack from the top down! I think it fell out of the shipping truck on the way to my home. Good thing is they refunded me $200 for the inconvenience and sent a new one which came in perfect shape.Thats the reason for the 4 stars.

The vanity seems to be very well constructed with beautiful details. It is not yet installed but I am excited to see it in place. I wish there was an option for the top to have one faucet hole AND/OR 3 holes for a variety of choices.

The vanity is nice but it came with a different color hardware than the product description. Joss & Main says replacement hardware is not available so I have to try to find my own replacement hardware at my own cost. I would not have ordered it if I knew the hardware was wrong, but I can’t send it back because it would hold up my bathroom remodel to send it back. Very disappointed.

Delivery and service were truly wonderful. Shipping took much less time than expected, the result was that I anticipated being out of town for delivery. Customer service was great, delivery even faster and accommodated my request. Have yet to unpack as my bathroom is not yet ready.
