Palma Handmade Seagrass Decorative Basket

Baskets are a great affordable option to add some detail and texture to your home. The basket is made out of seagrass with black seagrass woven in it. We recommend getting a plastic saucer to add to the bottom of the basket under your plants nursery pot.

These are wonderful baskets with one annoying exception. Size, color, shape, volume, strength are all excellent features. The black set (my first choice) was much less expensive than the white, so that made me happy. My main objection is to the plastic “string” holding them together. It’s not that it’s unsightly ( you can’t see it from a distance), but every time I use the baskets, I get stabbed by the plastic ties or the stuff (especially fabric) I’m placing inside the baskets gets snagged by the protruding edges. I have to be really careful placing things inside, avoiding the plastic. A disappointing flaw in an otherwise great product.. Donna. Washington, Dc. Sat Mar 25 2023

The basket is lovely and very well made. I thought it would be larger so it doesn’t work in the space I had originally planned to put it, but, because I liked it so much I decided to keep it and found another spot for it and it looks great!. Adele. Belmont, MA. Sat Oct 10 2026

The antique style of this rattan basket is a perfect addition to your living area, making a great home for books and magazines, blankets, or anything else you need close by but tucked away!

Absolutely gorgeous. Bottom and sides are sturdy. I wouldn’t lift it by the handles, though, they are dainty.. Melissa. Ballston Lake, NY. Sat Oct 03 2026
